I absolutely loved how stylishly decorated my room was, with a chic boutique vibe that made my stay feel so special! The rooftop bar offered stunning views of the skyline and some of the best cocktails I've ever had. Plus, the breakfast was plated to perfection, giving a personal touch that made each bite even more delightful.

I had a great time discovering the Manchester Art Gallery just a short stroll away and enjoying a lovely meal at San Carlo, which was less than a 10-minute walk from my room, making my weekend explorations all the more delightful while staying in a standard double room that provided a cozy atmosphere for a single traveler like myself.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we loved the leisurely 11am checkout that let us relax in the morning. There were great options to unwind, like a cozy rooftop bar and a lovely lounge area. Just a heads-up that room service wasn't available this time, which was a bit of a bummer, but overall, we had a fantastic stay! 😊

The staff provided excellent service, especially in Sora where a staff member explained the menu with enthusiasm. The breakfast offerings were exceptional, both in taste and presentation. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport options.

A few amenities in the room could use updating.

The location boasts a stunning rooftop bar with impressive city views, perfect for a laid-back evening. The stylish room decor adds a unique charm, marrying modern flair with comfort seamlessly.

Unfortunately, I encountered a couple of glitches during my stay. The double bed in my room was merely two singles pushed together, which was not what I hoped for. I found the bedding had a musty odor, with a visible wine stain on the duvet cover. Plus, the room felt a bit dusty, particularly around the shade above the bed. The corridors had an unpleasant smell, perhaps due to cleaning products, and there were some chipped paint spots on the door that didn’t sit right with the hotel's style.

The bed in the Club Double room was the comfiest I have ever experienced, allowing for a perfect night's sleep. Exceptional breakfast options set a high standard, and the restaurant's lunch offerings were also impressive. The hotel maintained a comfortable room temperature, which was a refreshing change from the usual hot settings in most places. the décor, while good, could use a refresh in some areas.
